The mission of the Louisa Christian Church Youth Group is to provide a place for all youth of Louisa to develop a sense of fellowship, spirituality, purpose, and responsibility through intentional engagement between church members and the youth.

- Informed advice given in a loving manner is the most important tool in working with the youth.
- God wants to see all of creation reach a state of peace and communion.
- The spiritual development of the youth is one of our top priorities.
- It is our collective responsibility to nurture every young person in Louisa.
Goals for 2008
- To hold one contemporary worship service.
- To grow the Youth Advisor Program into a solid, mature group of Christian leaders.
- To focus on growing spiritually. Our events, meetings, and budget should reflect this focus.
- To perform more service projects for our church and community.
- To support one charity of our choice.
- To prepare for a mission trip in 2009.
Goals for 2007
To more fully develop and realize the potential of the Community Youth Night as a resource for the youth of Louisa Christian Church and the community.- To develop two youth who will become "Youth Advisors" for Louisa Christian Church youth.
- To provide activities that will help in achieving the LCC Youth Group mission.
- To put together a youth recreation room.
- Install and be in compliance with a Child Protection Policy by Aug 1, 2007.
- Spend more time visiting youth and following up with visitors.
